To be honest, we're not for everyone - and that's okay. If you want a structured 9-to-5, you'd rather not be in the office with the rest of us, or you crave comfort over the feeling of being uncomfortable every day, this probably isn't the place for you.

Evidence: Show us you care about something deeply, and that you actually did something about it. Be clear, not clever - and the weirder, the better.

Energy: We spend a lot of hours together in the office, and energy is contagious. Bring it, and lift the people around you. Energy doesn't have to be loud - it has to be felt.
